Text
(1)There is hereby established the breast cancer awareness special license plate. The
department shall issue breast cancer special license plates to applicants for
passenger cars, trucks, or motorcycles that do not exceed sixteen thousand pounds
empty weight.
(2)The department shall work with interested parties to design the breast
cancer awareness special license plate. The design for the special license plate
shall conform with standards established by the department.
(3)(a) A person may apply for a breast cancer awareness special license
plate if the person pays the taxes and fees required under this section.
(b)The amount of the taxes and fees for special license plates issued under
this section is the same as the amount of the taxes and fees specified for regular
