§ 42-20-304 — Emergency closure of public roads
Nothing in part 1, 2, or 3 of
this article shall limit the authority of state and local authorities to close public
roads temporarily if necessary because of any road construction or maintenance, an
accident, a natural disaster, the weather conditions, or any other emergency
circumstances resulting in making road conditions unsafe for travel by motor
vehicles transporting hazardous materials.
