§ 42-20-107 — Hazardous materials safety fund
(1)There is hereby created in
the state treasury the hazardous materials safety fund, which shall consist of:
(a)Such moneys as may be appropriated thereto by the general assembly
from time to time;
(b)Any permit fees collected pursuant to section 42-20-202;
(c)Any penalties collected by a state agency or by a court, as provided in
section 42-20-305 (3);
(d)Any penalties collected pursuant to section 42-20-204 (4);
(e)Any gifts or donations made to the state of Colorado or any agency
thereof specifically for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of parts 1, 2, and 3
of this article;
(f)Any federal funds made available to the state of Colorado or any agency
thereof specifically for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of parts 1, 2, and 3
of this article;
