Text
Any person who violates any of the
provisions of this part 6 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof,
shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, or by
imprisonment in the county jail for not more than thirty days, or by both fine and
imprisonment.
