Text
(1)It is unlawful for any person other
than an employee of the department to perform commercial driver's license driving
tests, to act as a commercial driver's license testing unit, or to act as a commercial
driver's license driving tester unless such person has been duly licensed by the
department under the provisions of section 42-2-407.
(2)Any person who violates the provisions of this section commits a petty
offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-503.
