§ 42-2-301 — Definitions
As used in this part 3, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1)Department means the department of revenue.
(2)Identification card means the identification card issued under this
article.
(3)Registrant means a person who acquires an identification card under
the provisions of this part 3.
