Text
The general assembly declares that the
provisions of this article as enacted in Senate Bill No. 318 by the forty-ninth general
assembly in its first regular session shall not supersede, unless in direct conflict,
and shall be harmonized with, the provisions of any other act enacted in the same
session which also amends, in any way, this article.
