Text
Any person who makes any false
affidavit or knowingly swears or affirms falsely to any matter or thing required by
the terms of this part 1 to be sworn to or affirmed commits a class 2 misdemeanor
traffic offense. The department shall notify the district attorney's office in the
county where such violations occurred, in writing, of all violations of this section.
