§ 42-2-128 — Vehicular homicide - revocation of license
The department shall
revoke the driver's license of any person convicted of vehicular homicide, including
the driver's license of any juvenile who has been adjudicated a delinquent upon
conduct which would establish the crime of vehicular homicide if committed by an
adult.
