§ 39-2-118 — Recommendations to governor
No later than the first day of
December of each year, the property tax administrator, in cooperation with a
committee from the Colorado assessors association, shall submit to the governor
for transmittal to the general assembly any recommendations concerning the
administration and enforcement of the property tax laws which he deems necessary
and in the public interest.
