Text
All moneys received by the
treasurer for the redemption of lands under the provisions of section 39-12-104
shall be paid over to the person to whom the tax lien on such land was sold or a tax
deed was issued, or those claiming under him, on his deliverance to the treasurer,
for the use of the person redeeming the same, a quitclaim deed of all the title to
such land acquired under the sale, duly executed and acknowledged.
