Text
The treasurer shall hold the public auction no more than one hundred twenty-five calendar days nor less than one hundred ten calendar days after the date of the first publication of the known interested party notice published by the treasurer pursuant to section 39-11.5-104
(1)or the date of the mailing of the known interested party notice if publication is
not required.
