Text
All net proceeds from the sale, lease, or other
disposition of such real estate so conveyed to the county by the treasurer shall be
paid to the treasurer of such county, and the treasurer shall distribute said
proceeds to the various taxing jurisdictions in which such real estate is situated in
the same proportion that the ad valorem taxes levied by each taxing jurisdiction in
the preceding calendar year bears to the total of all ad valorem taxes levied on
such real estate in the preceding calendar year.
