Text
All sales of such real estate
made by the board of county commissioners of any county shall be deemed valid,
and such sales are hereby confirmed if such sales were made at either public or
private sale, whether made by deed issued by the treasurer upon direction of the
board of county commissioners or by deed issued by a duly appointed commissioner
to convey upon direction of the board of county commissioners.
