§ 31-4-219 — Official bonds - waiver
The city manager, the city clerk, and such
other officers and employees as the city council may require so to do shall give
bonds in such amounts and with such sureties as may be approved by the city
council. The premiums on such bonds shall be paid by the city. The city council may
waive the requirement of such bonds.
