Text
The city council shall appoint a
city attorney, who, upon taking office, shall be an attorney-at-law licensed to
practice in the state of Colorado. The city council shall also appoint a municipal
judge in accordance with section 13-10-105 (1), C.R.S. The city attorney shall serve
at the pleasure of the city council. A municipal judge may be removed during his
term of office only for cause, as provided in section 13-10-105 (2), C.R.S.
