Colorado Statutes
§ 31-4-201 — Authority to reorganize - rights and powers
Any city may
reorganize into a city council-city manager form of municipal government in
accordance with the provisions of this part 2. However, no such city shall have
conferred upon it by such reorganization any rights and powers except those rights
and powers conferred upon cities by the general laws of this state.
