§ 31-35-511 — Implementing powers
The board, in connection with the
facilities or joint system of the municipality under the board's jurisdiction and any
project pertaining thereto, may from time to time condemn, otherwise acquire,
improve, equip, operate, maintain, and dispose of property within or without or both
within and without the municipality.
