Text
The board, in connection with
the facilities or joint system under the board's jurisdiction, shall adopt a budget for
each fiscal year of the municipality, shall maintain accounts, and shall cause an
annual audit to be made pertaining to the financial affairs of the board as provided
in parts 1, 5, and 6 of article 1 of title 29, C.R.S., except as otherwise provided in part
4 of this article and this part 5.
