Text
Each commissioner, before assuming the duties
of his office, shall take and subscribe an oath or affirmation before an officer
authorized to administer oaths that he will support the constitutions and laws of the
United States and of this state and that he will faithfully and impartially discharge
the duties of his office to the best of his ability. Such oath or affirmation shall be
filed in the office of the clerk or secretary of the municipality.
