Text

All information contained in records of active members, retired members, former members, inactive members, designated beneficiaries, alternate payees, benefit recipients, and their dependents of any plan administered by the association or of any locally administered and financed alternative plan shall be maintained as confidential. The association or local plan administrator may provide such information as is necessary to a third-party service provider pursuant to article 73 of title 24.
