Text
If, for the purpose of obtaining any
order, benefit, award, compensation, or payment pursuant to articles 30, 30.5, and
31 of this title 31, either for self-gain or for the benefit of any other person, a person
willfully makes a false statement or representation material to the claim, the
person commits a class 6 felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as
provided in section 18-1.3-401, and the person forfeits all right to compensation
pursuant to articles 30 and 30.5 of this title 31 and this article 31.
