Text
If in any court of competent jurisdiction
any final assessment made in pursuance of this part 5 is set aside or if the
governing body determines it to be necessary to alter any final assessment made
pursuant to this part 5, the governing body, upon notice as required in the making
of an original assessment, may make a new assessment in accordance with the
provisions of this part 5.
