Text
Nothing in
this part 5 shall prejudice or affect the right to construct local improvements by
virtue of any other law of this state. No other act or law shall prejudice the right to
construct local improvements under this part 5. If constructed in pursuance of this
part 5, the same shall be made to appear in the original petition and in the
ordinance authorizing the improvements.
