Text

Any town establishing parks, boulevards, parkways, avenues, or roads under the provisions of this part 3 by its duly constituted authorities shall have full power to cultivate, plant, and otherwise improve the same and shall establish and maintain necessary rules and regulations for the proper supervision and government.
