§ 31-25-303 — Town may improve parks
Any town establishing parks,
boulevards, parkways, avenues, or roads under the provisions of this part 3 by its
duly constituted authorities shall have full power to cultivate, plant, and otherwise
improve the same and shall establish and maintain necessary rules and regulations
for the proper supervision and government.
