Text

The commission may employ a secretary at a salary not exceeding twelve hundred dollars per annum, to be fixed by the commission, payable out of the park fund. The secretary shall keep a record of all proceedings of the commission, have custody of and preserve all its records, and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the commission.
