Text

The commission shall hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of each month and may by rule provide for special meetings and service of notice thereof. A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum. No action of the commission shall be binding unless authorized by a majority of the members at a regular or duly called special meeting.
