Text
Upon the expiration of the
period of redemption, the treasurer shall issue deeds to purchasers or to the taxing
authority. Any one deed may convey one or more parcels of land, whether the same
are contiguous or not. The deed shall be in form substantially as follows:
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, .............., Treasurer of ..............
in and for the County of .............., State of Colorado, did on the .............. day of ..............,
A.D., 20...., sell at public auction unto .............., the following described property in the
County of .............., State of Colorado, to wit:
(Description of Property)
WHEREFORE, in full conformity with law, I do bargain, sell, convey, and
quitclaim unto said .............., the aforesaid property.
