Text
Any
person having any right, title, or interest in or lien upon any property sold has the
right to redeem the property within three years after any such sale by paying the
amount of the delinquent assessment with interest thereon at the rate of one
percent per month or fraction thereof. Upon such redemption the treasurer shall
issue a certificate therefor and shall call in and cancel the certificate of purchase
theretofore issued. Certificates of redemption shall be filed in the office of the
county clerk and recorder of the county where the property is situated.
