Any instrument
executed by an authority and purporting to convey any right, title, or interest of the
authority in any property under this part 1 shall be conclusively presumed to have
been made and executed in compliance with the provisions of this part 1 insofar as
title or other interest of any bona fide purchasers, lessees, or transferees of such
property is concerned.
