Within twenty days after the approval of
any such report by the governing body, any person dissatisfied with the award of
compensation may file with the clerk notice of appeal to the district court of the
county in which the appellant's land is located. Within ten days of such notice, the
clerk shall file with the clerk of the district court the report of the board of
appraisers approved by the governing body, together with certified copies of the
resolution thereof and of the notice of appeal. Thereafter the procedure shall be in
accordance with the procedure specified by law.
