§ 31-23-102 — Application to other cities or towns
The provisions of this part 1
are applicable to lands within the boundaries of cities and towns organized on or
after March 31, 1885, to the extent that any owners of lands therein desire to make
any change in the plat of any such city or town from the plat as originally made.
