Text
Proposals to adopt, amend, or repeal home rule charters,
including the formation of a new charter commission, shall appear upon the official
ballot by ballot title only and, if more than one, shall be numbered consecutively in
such order as the governing body may provide and shall be printed on the official
ballot in that order, together with their respective numbers prefixed in boldface
type. Each ballot title shall appear once on the official ballot and shall be separated
from the other ballot titles next to it by heavy black lines and shall be followed by
the words yes and no as follows:
