Text
When a determination of the
population or number of registered electors of the municipality is required under
this part 2, said determination shall be made upon the best readily available
information by the governing body, clerk, election commissioners, or court, as the
case may be. Such determination shall be final in the absence of fraud or gross
abuse of discretion.
