Text
(1)Except as otherwise specifically provided,
all elections held pursuant to this part 2 shall be conducted as nearly as practicable
in conformity with the provisions of the Colorado Municipal Election Code of 1965.
(2)All necessary expenses for elections conducted pursuant to this part 2
for existing municipalities or for municipalities incorporated pursuant to part 1 of
this article shall be paid out of the treasury of the municipality.
(3)A special election shall be called for any election held pursuant to this
part 2 when a regular election is not scheduled within the time period provided for
such election.
