Colorado Statutes
§ 31-16-208 — Use as evidence
Copies of such codes in published form, duly
certified by the clerk and mayor of the municipality, shall be received without
further proof as prima facie evidence of the provisions of such codes or public
records in all courts and administrative tribunals of this state.
