Text
Any judge of election who has neglected his
duty, or has committed, encouraged, or connived at any fraud in connection
therewith, or has violated any of the election laws, or has knowingly permitted
others to do so, or has been convicted of any felony, or has violated his oath, or has
committed any act which interferes or tends to interfere with a fair and honest
election shall be summarily removed by the clerk.
