Text

Any person who at any municipal election intentionally interferes with any election official in the discharge of the election official's duty, or who induces any election official to violate or refuse to comply with the election official's duty, or who aids, counsels, procures, advises, or assists any person to do so commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
