Text
Any person who willfully causes a
ballot to misstate in any way the wishes of the voter casting the same or who
causes any other deceit to be practiced with intent fraudulently to induce such
voter to deposit a defective ballot so as to have the ballot thrown out and not
counted commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
