Text
Any election judge
who willfully and maliciously refuses or neglects to receive the ballot of any
registered elector who has taken or offered to take the oath prescribed in section
31-10-1105 or knowingly and willfully permits any person to vote who is not entitled
to vote at any election commits a class 1 misdemeanor.
