Text

Any person who, being in possession of nomination papers entitled to be filed under this article 10, wrongfully or willfully destroys, defaces, mutilates, suppresses, neglects, or fails to cause the same to be filed by the proper time in the clerk's office or who files any such paper knowing the same, or any part thereof, to be falsely made commits a class 2 misdemeanor.
