Text
Every elected or appointed officer of
any municipality of the state of Colorado may be recalled from office at any time by
the registered electors of the municipality in the manner provided in section 4 of
article XXI of the state constitution. The provisions of this part 5 apply to all
municipalities except to the extent that a municipality has adopted provisions
pursuant to article XX or XXI of the state constitution inconsistent with this part 5.
