Text
The state department and the department of
human services, acting on behalf of the state, may receive and accept title to gifts
or grants from any source, including the federal government. Both departments
shall deposit all grants, grants-in-aid, and gifts with the state treasurer, who shall
credit them to the general fund. These moneys shall remain available for
appropriation to either department to carry out the purposes of this part 4.
