§ 25.5-1-1106 — No private right of action - consistency with federalOlmsteadstandard
(a)A new right of action against the state of Colorado or other public
entities; or
(b)A standard different than that delineated in Olmstead , subsequent cases
interpreting Olmstead , and United States department of justice guidance
interpreting Olmstead , as of April 20, 2025.
