§ 25.5-6-405 — Relationship to other programs
The provisions of part 3 of this
article are separate and distinct from the provisions of this part 4. Therefore, the
definitions and restrictions embodied in part 3 of this article shall not apply to
services and programs provided pursuant to this part 4.
