Text
The state
department shall develop a process to designate local or regional organizations as
community-centered boards. The state department shall promulgate rules outlining
the designation process no later than July 1, 2024. Any contracts or agreements
entered into pursuant to this section are exempt from the Procurement Code,
articles 101 to 112 of title 24.
