§ 25.5-5-301 — Clinic services

Colorado·Title 25.5 Health·Art. Colorado Medical Assistance Act -
(1)As used in this article and articles 4 and 6 of this title, unless the context otherwise requires, clinic services means preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative, or palliative items or services furnished to outpatients.
(2)Under the federal option for clinic services, Colorado has selected clinic services provided by the following:
(a)Comprehensive community behavioral health providers, as defined in section 27-50-101;
(b)Case management agencies;
(c)Birthing centers;
(d)Ambulatory surgery facilities;
(e)Freestanding dialysis clinics.
(3)Clinic services also means preventive, therapeutic, or palliative items or services that are furnished to patients by county or district public health agencies or county or district boards of health established pursuant
