§ 25.5-4-206 — Reimbursement to counties - costs of administration
The
state department shall reimburse the county departments for costs of
administration incurred by the counties under this article and articles 5 and 6 of this
title in accordance with the provisions of section 26-1-122 (5), C.R.S.
