§ 25.5-4-203 — Advisory council established
(1)There is created the state
medical assistance and services advisory council, referred to in this article 4 as the
advisory council, consisting of sixteen members, as follows:
(a)The executive director of the state department and the executive director
of the department of public health and environment, the executive directors'
designees, or the executive directors' successors in function, as ex officio
members; and
(b)Fourteen members, appointed by the governor and chosen by the
governor to represent the various areas of medical services and the public as
follows:
(I)Two members who are doctors of medicine licensed in this state;
(II)One member who is a doctor of osteopathy licensed in this state;
(III)One member who is a dentist licensed in this state;
(IV)One membe
