§ 25.5-4-105 — Federal requirements under Title XIX
Nothing in this article or
articles 5 and 6 of this title shall prevent the state department from complying with
federal requirements for a program of medical assistance in order for the state of
Colorado to qualify for federal funds under Title XIX of the social security act and
to maintain a program within the limits of available appropriations.
